We are looking for Regional Sales Manager that will help us grow in New York & New Jersey. Our primary vertical and bulk of customers happens to be in the Automotive sector; hence a background in Automotive is great if you have it!

The ideal candidate will prospect, and close sales leads to help generate revenue for Matador.ai.

  • Secure new clients by prospecting, performing needs analyses, developing tailored sales solutions, presenting sales proposals, and closing deals.
  • Grow sales for all assigned accounts and market segments by working with the Senior Sales Leader and executing a sales strategy that supports the organization's goals and increases Matador’s market share.
  • Negotiate and close profitable deals in a timely manner in order to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Generate and qualify leads in order to develop a robust sales pipeline. Source new sales opportunities through networking, inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and email.
  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.
  • Perform effective online demos and sales presentations for prospects.


  • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Year 1: $30- $100,000. Uncapped Commissions, Ongoing Residuals.
